the original layout was good enough.
1. now the uc browser cannot display the newpage desktop version normally.
2. the useful review sections on first page is greatly reduced. those are detailed useful story and info, i could easily browse what were new reviews with the previous layout.
3. left column is now greatly widened. and put in those functions i seldom use. the top left section, supposed to be the first section we look at, has now got widened and put in some phone brand name. as a frequently visited reader, i do not need check phones from a dedicated maker frequently. rather i would check the news, check what reviews are newly out, and the blog, those some news more detailed.

Hmm. Will this change also include the removal of the very unjustifiably ways of censorship, wherein comments with words like "what a F" which of course, obviously pertaining to the word (fuck), "BS" which is obviously, meaning the word (bullshit) etcetera, gets posted; while comments like mine and most likely others as-well without using any (foul language) wherein the very purpose were just to counteract to the humiliators' comments wherein obviously, the very chief and soul purpose is simply to baselessly humiliate Asian products such-as Samsung & LG etcetera, gets blocked?; by saying: "Your comment was not accepted. Reason: Empty opinion field"? And when you try to contact the supposed support of this site for mere clarifications as to what-went-wrong, you are not able to get any replies nor acknowledgements from them whatsoever?

I was wondering were is the rating rankings gone , but after reading ur statement i agree with you , cause it had become constant -_- with the old sony flagships topping it , and the fanboy action has become misleading -_- , good work gsmarena , but the site had became slightly laggy and I wish u make the images a little smaller so we can see everything when we enter just like te old style :)

Overall its nice, good update,
-comment section can be adjusted to little bit smaler
because now it looks a bit too stretch horizontal.
But it's 1st vers. good job.

Love the new-n-contemporary design that is easy on eyes (that grey is good, and the red highlighting hover area is a good choice), but at the same time also feels quite full of content. Good job!
Some quirks - I see some BIG white blank space on all pages ( like a blank space for horizontal banner under the main menu/toolbar ,taking something close to 2/3 of the horizontal space. I'm using chrome browser/windows7/1920x1080).
And it took me a while to find the Phone Finder, even though it is always visible... I just didn't think you could click it...
And thanks for the ability to register with facebook/gmail! As it is becoming a bother to register with unique passwords and usernames on every website...and then have pages of them somewhere... this is a welcome improvement!

Cool, nice new design but the website now lags like hell on Chrome and Firefox on my Nexus 6 and Apple iPad 2.

Awesome! When i first saw the new comments system i freaked out :) but now it sounds good! Just hope i can somehow see my replies ir get notificatiins for it! And hope im not a fanboy :P
