They don't do sh*t, they use "Trinity Linux System Call Fuzzer" written by a developer from Red Hat called Dave Jones. The software is open source, this Italian "team" just sells it under their own name... They don't even contribute to the software.
Fuzzers are used in software to detect bugs by trying to provide all kinds of input to the application to find edge case bugs(like Heartbleed for example).
