At Nov.-Dic. 2014, lumia 930 costed 600 euros (-100 euros respect iphone 6), it didnt seemed to me cheap. As a result people prefered to get an iphone 6 or an android flagship, instead of a 930.

Windows is probably the best operating system our there, hands down. It's extremely powerful and versatile on all platforms. However, Microsoft chose to hide its real power and create copycat layer which has the same functionality and limitations as iPhone and Android. If you want to build a Windows Store app for the desktop, there are countless illogical limitations that severely limit what you can do. And this is just to be inline with Android and iOS. So you have a great operating system, but you choose to cripple it to the point where its advantages are lost when compared to competitors. Stupid.

Windows would need to loose the idea of the "one interface for all devices" for the smartphone interface to become more attractive. Same goes for PCs. In fact their "apps" interface seems in it's place only on tablets. They lost a lot of money because of their stubborness, made Nokia near bancrupt and still don't learn.

There is no reason at all for Microsoft to drop Windows for phones! Microsoft could be just as successful as Apple if they keep control over development for both Windows and the phones/hardware and give Windows free to any other manufacturers, Samsung...! Windows 10 makes it was for developers to move apps and games from iOS and Android to Windows 10 including both phones and PC...!

This rumor sounds false but it is possible that Microsoft is going to go iphone route and milk Microsoft and windows name with these new devices.

Microsoft should release only 3 categories high mid low.
Naming should copy on anime Ghost Fighter class D, C, B, A and S.
Also follow HTC naming by year 201x.
Design should be unique each category and avoid making new design each year like Sony did.
This should avoid customer confusion.
High - Lumia S (2015) *but already use by Samsung.
Mid - Lumia A (2015) *already use by Samsung again.
Low - Lumia B (2015)
Just my opinion bec. 9 series will soon reach its end after 995.
Customer will feel confident on its phone not being obsolete even new model arrives (still same name only edition changed).
I think naming also pretty important not only hardware inside.

Costing more than s6 and iphone 6 doest make any sense if you OS is not that evolved , the will sell mobile for 1000 $ , after one month when the sell is not good price will be reduced to 600 $ , after another month finally 450 $ .
