It's normal, very poor track record of software update. I will never buy another ASUS product, unless Theo start to guuve more support in the software department.

The only ASUS tablets I can buy in my country are the disappointing MEMO pads, I want a bit more value for my money, like this one.

Tony, 15 Jul 2015Maybe they should update there products so that they have a reputation of taking care of there... moreYou dont want Lollipop. Memory hog on every device i have it running on. My daughters Asus tab got an update for Lollipop and it broke some features of other Apps! Asus has been mum on the fix. Oddly enough my other daughters tablet (same model) didn't receive the update; both are same models just different colors. The last set of Asus tablets was the same way. Haven't had issues with thwir5 Windows laptops, but these will probably be the last Android devices i buy from them.

Maybe they should update there products so that they have a reputation of taking care of there products and people will buy them. I have the Asus TF701T, the first (or one of the first) tablet that offered QHD and a flagship tablet and still no Lollipop. This is ridiculous. Im not buying Asus anymore.

It was expected from Asus. Many defective and non updated models made their job.

That's expected considering that Asus is too slow in launching it's products in many countries this year. None of the tablets and smartphones that Asus have released this year are available in South Africa, infact in Africa as a whole. How do they expect to make huge sales if they don't bring products to the masses? The Zenfone 2(released in March) is still not available in Africa...lol

its normal this drop down in sales...all people already have tablet's, and i belive most of those people dont gonna buy a new one every year...i belive ASUS will grow in smartphone sales because they launch a very affordable and specs top smartphones and this will gonna be a sucess, tablet's in all brands is slowing down the sales!
