This was expected.after launching a excellent phone like lg g3 ,LG has committed a blunder with LG G4 the design is ugly,curved body is of no use,it will create the risk of damage when it's inside the pocket so over all a disappointment.

LG's flagship, Samsung's flagship, HTC's flagship, Sony's flagship, etc. they all sell below expectations. Why? Because iPhone built two bigger phones and of course the majority of smartphone users will get the new iphone. Even I sold my M8 and got the iPhone 6. And I'm very satisfied with my phone. It's reliable, it's fast, sexy, a plessure to use, etc.
LG, Sammy, HTC, Sony, etc. they all have the specs, but they make a huge mistake: they sell their devices for the same price a s iphones. That's why there are now Xiaomi, OnePlus, Huawei, Meizu, Motorola/Lenovo, etc. who offer the same quality for "half the price". It's time for Sammy, LG, HTC, Sony, etc. to wake up and accept the reality, because their profit will only shrinken as time passes by

Market are saturated, im using LG G Pro for almost 2 years and still running smooth for casual driver, until im upgrading to Find 7, and IMHO because android is open to all, every one can jump to another brand easily, im tempting with G4 camera, but as a photographer, i still rely on my DSLR or my mirrorless for good picture on the go,.. I always admit it,LG make a great devices.. And might be came back soon to LG.. Enjoy your G4

Market saturation. There are many good phones already:
G3 is still a nice phone and well priced now, and with wireless charging.
HTC One series all excellent
Samsung S6/S6 Edge fast and with a great display
Note 4 (Outstanding)
OnePlus One (And soon, the Two)
iPhone 6/6+
Lumia phones for those who like Windows Phone.
