Wasn't there a dedicated "W" button in the last Walkman device? Unfortunately Sony has deprecated this line. If the rest of specs will be on some reasonable level, this Marshall can be a nice option, even despite the rather high price. If someone can spend $300 per metre on a connection cable, cause he somehow magically hear the diffrence, $585 for a phone shouldn't be a problem.
Really interesting concept, I can see the use of having two outputs for apps like djay etc.
What would have been great is the option to convert one of those outputs to an input, use an adapter hook up a guitar to the phone and output through an amp. Use the phone for effects and recording
Rock N Roll to the world...
Does it go up to 11?
AnonD-152638, 17 Jul 2015I wonder if it's a scroll wheel or an analog volume control? That's the gain level for the dirty channel. =)
Does it include a footswitch for channel switching? =)

very nice.
I would have preferred only one head jack as the other slot will be wasted. But cluedos nonetheless for innovation and style

some android phones such as sony has even digital noise cancellation ( in conjunction with their special headphones) to cancel out exterior noise such as aircraft noise, air conditions, train/bus and car noise

I use a galaxy, and am definitely not an iPhone 5 fanboy.
But consider this...
iPhone uses very, very basic software that requires hardly any processing power. Ios looks boring and is boring.
Android is the opposite. It looks beautiful and is anything but boring. Snapdragon processor won't feel very nice....
Good try Marshall. But I think you missed the boat here in a premium smartphone on the spec level...

AnonD-4254, 16 Jul 2015So, it took 10 years for a convincing enough Nokia N91 killer to be born.... Well done Nokia. ... moreiPhone seems to make small little innovations... but nothing major. Probably the best phone out there except battery life , camera in a few instances and how its so locked down.
goosfraba, 16 Jul 2015so its an iphone 6 with a music system on steroids, a faster processor and more ram at a lower... moreYes specs wise more powerful in a small few areas but obviously the iPhone will have better real world performance which is what matters silly.
Music phone with android? :D that's funniest thing iv heard in a long time.
