Sony actually collab with samsung back in 2004-2009 creating amoled but with japan burst economy in late 2008 and tsunami in 2011 sony won't have money like they did in 80's-90's. sony did release alternate version of OLED called CLED but many complaining not as good as amoled

Letter stands for year
C-2013 D-2014 E-2015
Then ,first digit stands for position
Z Flagship series mostly have 6XXX naming
Midranges 5XXX
in 2014
Xperia T3 has D51XX
Xperia T2 D53XX
So Probably is T4 Ultra
Look at T2 Ultra this device seems an upgrade over previous model , like C4 did.

Anonymous, 17 Jul 2015How can this be Z4 Ultra, the brilliant Z Ultra was 6.44", how can it's sucessor be much ... moreSnapdragon 808 is not midrange. It is used in LG G4.only problem is the GPU is weak compared to 810.
Performance wise both cpus score around 50k in antutu.
