hi... a led light is got ON in the earpeice from 2 days... i tried to turn off but could not do that... i turn off and on phone but the led is still on... please anybody suggest me how to make the led off....

I bought moto g3 on Feb 2016 from flipkart .I found my phon hanging and I replaced it with an another moto g3.Now I found it's gorilla glass is fake and also water resistance is not working .It's also hanging and automatically turning of its screen for few minutes .I realy stuck with this moto

Anonymous, 17 Nov 2015My moto g3 does not support otg but the same one in my friend's hand does support itMy moto g3 purchased on 10.05.2016 at 9.00 pm and after unpacking and initial configuration updated once to 6.0.1 version so i could not check the basic features of the phone before update.
It does not support otg .however many apps after checking reports that it support otg.can anyone help

I have purchased moto g 3rd gen from flipkart on 22/01/16. After receiving the same I got marshmallow android version & installed/updated the same. I am observing that my phone don't give any sound notification neither start of charging nor when i remove the charger. Only display pops from sleep mode. Motorola toll free centre told that for start of charging no sound notification comes, but while removing the charger a sound & diplay notification comes. Kindly guide, what exactly happens.

Well, when your mobile gets completely depleted of the charge and then turns OFF, then connect the mobile to the charger, you will be able to see the LED glow in the "Ear-Piece Slot". This I expect to happen every time the Moto G3 is completely drained of charge in the battery (

Just called Motorola about the earpiece white light and it is a low power light for the charger. To notify the battery is low but there is a small glitch with the battery saver that activates the white light in the earpiece. To fix the glitch power cycle the phone multiple times to restore settings to normal
