BlackBerry is where they're, not because they don't have an excellent OS but they have failed to populate blackberry apps store with the right and popular apps. They also failed to make android apps work properly on BB OS. What a shame! If only they are listening.

The Split of BlackBerry Played a huge impact on it's Employees, they better speed up in making Android phones to keep it's costumers and employees.
Stubborn Blackberry refusing to get with the times. Forget about your Blackberry OS.
It's outdated, very limited and has no 3rd party support.
Blackberry should focus on just making their phones, running 100% under Android platform. Nobody likes that buggy android emulation sh*t.
If they want to differentiate themselves from other android devices, they should develop their proprietary apps and push them on their phones. They can also slightly modify the android interface on their phones (create frontends).
They have to adapt or disappear.
just wanted to say that blackberry OS 10.3 is one of the best OS out there
yes it lacks apps even with android store but you can side load which is not a good solution
so i am looking forward to the new android option they are going to give us end of this year lets hope for the best and hope its sells a lot will get them to hire people again

Don't comment on something you have NO knowledge of.
You probably are referring to you grandpa's BlackBerry.
The user experience and features I need in a Smartphone (physical keyboard and a proper system-wide file explorer) I can only find in a Blackberry 10 smartphone. I also love the OS and the security around it. However, now that Blackberry has started adopting Android, I can see myself buying a Blackberry device with a proper physical keyboard with a securer flavor of Android onboard. Regardless I would never trade my Blackberry Passport for any other device and I've tried the best devices out of iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

BB is Bullshit Brag... all the hype abt security. Their goddamn browser is the slowest! Every detail from anywhere in the world the user is, the handset routes the data thru their servers in Canada and back! Jeese, by the time I get to open the webpage my other Android phone already loaded the same webpage.
BB better to close down. I would rather use a Galaxy S6 Edge or Note 4.

Any phone is already secured enough. If nokia buy bb, it would be a waste of good money. bb should be better just a software company, and close down their hardware division
Nokia has to acquire BlackBerry to enter the smartphone business in 2016 with great security features Android and a very recognized Nokia's brand.
Nokia is currently having $11 billion cash and they can easily acquire BlackBerry.
The hardware division is already dead. Selling almost 1 million handset in a quarter with a market share almost ZERO, this must give BlackBerry a clear clue that they must give up!
At its helm was BIS which it knocked off and squashed its business with SMEs who are not on BES, bye bye John.
