Microsoft rolls out software update to select Lumia devices to enable LTE support in India Comments

I had a Lumia 920 and an update was rolled out last week. After the update I could see the 4G option in SIM settings in addition to 2G and 3G. But the 4G band enabled in 920 after the update is not compatible in India. The only 4G band available in India is 40 (2300). I was forced to give up that mobile and buy an Xperia C4 in order to use 4G.

BTW Yes, my Lumia 830 got 4G option with "Update 2" for WP8.1

Damned......this update including the denim one has killed the main camera of my Lumia 830......probably their windows 10 update will brick our phones to death 💀...........and Microsoft don't bother to reply to problems reported to them......its almost a week now.........can't even provide a proper update.............MICROSOFT.........
