AnonD-246216, 24 Jul 2015Hard to outperform really, when there is actually no performance at all. WP is dead.Would you people stop the hatred? What's in for you anyway coming here and expresing your frustrations? Are you some kind of groogle\crapple employ? Highly doubt that. It has been 400 times proven by nonbiased users that wp just outperforms android in so many levels. If you don't like it, don't use it, but coming here and talking nonsense won't do you any better, now isn't it?
kilexses, 24 Jul 2015nice joke..... :-)But you are the joke here, because you don't understand what the report says. Its about wp userbase, Lumia 640 gains more market share thn 520 within windows phone userbase. And its true userbase, because its counts from app installation by adduplex not like android shipping report
AnonD-383472, 24 Jul 2015Lumia 520 sold twenty copies, Lumia 640... Must be doing very well. Impressed Yes, Lumia 520 sold 20 , but its 20 million worldwide.
AnonD-246216, 24 Jul 2015Hard to outperform really, when there is actually no performance at all. WP is dead.Ha ha, M hearing this joke since 2012, m bored with it. WP/wm is never gona die, may be android will die someday
Anonymous, 24 Jul 2015To be honest it actually lacks of performance I know better because I've bought it I also know better, because m using it without any problem. It beats my friends android. Now, I installed w10m on it, its super smooth and awesome
Anonymous, 24 Jul 2015I too know it there is some hip hop in between and I strongly believe u will not get this perf... moreYeah, w10m gona rocks . I only hate resuming screen and settings app of 8.1. Now, Microsoft fixed it in w10m. M happy
jbosh, 24 Jul 2015Can I install/ dual boot WP on android phone ?
I'd love to try Win10 mobile, but I'm reluctan... moreWhy not, everybody loves the Lumia 640.
Anonymous, 24 Jul 2015Why would anyone get a 2-3 years old phone if the 640 have flash and bigger screen ? I have 5... moreI upgraded to a 635, from a 520, and that was one of my main concerns. But, to be honest, it's not that big of a deal. The performance improvement you get from the upgrade, outweighs having a physical camera button. I set my camera button up on my "quick action" bar, so it's easily accessible from anywhere. The phone is much faster and, unlike my old 520, rarely freezes up. Nokia/Microsoft have done a great job with these low budge Lumia phones, can't wait to get my hands on this one!

I'd love to try Win10 mobile, but I'm reluctant to invest on lumia hardware.

I have 520 but dont want any new lumia cause they have removed one thing that is most important for me and thats a camera button.
Allan , 24 Jul 2015Stop spreading nonsense! Windows phone does not outperform an Android phone! I love some of... moreYou're not using it judging by the content of your comment. You're right only about web rendering with IE, which doesnt happen when using other browsers such as UC. ... And Edge browser will fix all that, already outperforms Chrome
Anonymous, 24 Jul 2015Are you kidding me? I was joking with a friend by calling the Lumia smartphones Lumina. Lumina... moreNo you just didn't know anything, in some countries ppl call it lumina instead of lumia
AnonD-170479, 24 Jul 2015Good though Performance wise WP is better than almost all Androids even their budget devices l... moreStop spreading nonsense!
Windows phone does not outperform
an Android phone! I love some of the Window's
superior to Android features but overall performance is horrible:
-Frequent web crushes (page shuts down)
-Frequent page jumping and screen flickering
-Frequent web rendering issues (web page is not displayed properly)
That's on Lumia 1520 with windows 8.1 and with the latest windows 10 build as well.
WINDOWS 10 interface is even more horrible than 8.1.
i have both 520 and 640.hope microsoft also rolls out 4g support for 640 in india soon
helo microsoft....release also in pakistan .big earning area for midrange cell phones
