Anonymous, 27 Jul 2015Bout time flip phones came back in,candy bar phones are getting boring now !Indeed. I just hoped it came with a proper screen and camera, the way it is now is way too aimed at low end, and let's be honest, flip phones weren't just low ends when they where popular anywhere.
Also for the:

I think that's simply because little proper effort has been put into it outside these markets. If the Samsung one was available easily everywhere, it could be a hit. So is with the Panasonic THE HYBRID Android flip. If these big OEMs try enough and release a proper Android flip device it could be way bigger than a niche.

The flip phone, the slider and the qwerty are becoming increasingly rare in today's marketplace. Maybe they will return as nostalgic items as opposed to being regarded as hardcore pieces of technology.

LGS6, 27 Jul 2015Fox leather is gorgeous ! Don't know how many fox's were sent to heaven for these LG phones ?it's not made from "fox" leather genius -_- it's called FAUX leather i.e. it's plastic molded in such a way that it mimics leather *facepalm*

The top row android buttons are genius! Going down to the keypad it look very early 2000's era. Nostalgic device for the elderly who despise touch screen smartphone with zero button. My grandma should buy this. But i doubt she knows what the heck is internet. This flip phone comes with LTE that old people will never use. And i doubt young people will buy this just to get laughed at by the ultra modern touchscreen and air gesture smartphone society.

Faux leather is good on phones.

I think it's a good phone for the elderly and disabled, as physical buttons are really clear.

For the people asking why would you want this, the answer is quite simple really - to be able to look like the characters from Persona 4 while still being able to use Android 5.1
