I don't like the LG style back side camera of the moto G.it looks ugly they should have had same design as previous generation and smaller top bezels.and less chubby body.
It is too chuncky. 11.6mm.
Well i don't like this mobile i will rather buy m4 aqua or samsung J5.
I am puzzled what motorola after lenovo acquisition.

Point is not that it contains the 410. Point is that earlier Motorola managed to take on the S4 Pro (erstwhile Nexus) using the underpowered 400 by a variety of software optimizations and letting the devs play around with the timely released kernel sources.
Why did that stop in 2015 ? The 410 is not even close to the 800 (an even older SoC running 2 generation old Nexus 5). No amount of 'optimization' is going to bring the two any closer. The first Moto was about the Nexus like performance on a budget and it DID deliver. Which was awesome.
Not anymore. Maybe it's because of Lenovo, but the current gen Moto is an indication that the Moto line has indeed declined. At least, it's not like how the original used to be. The only reason why it'll still be bought will be because of development that is going to happen. not because of price-to-performance ratio like the first Moto.
Hoped Motorola had put the 610 or something (but not the 615) as the 410 is already available on the Moto E.

Why do you want 1080p, it only decreases performance and battery life, this is the best phone yet, the only reason I got an xperia was the water resistant and 8+ camera, now the moto g has it.

Im really disappointed that it does not have the gyroscope and compass... I just saw the specifications after the release and what I found was that it does not have those two sensors as it had before its release. The main reason I wanted the mobile was that I wanted to use the Google Cardboard which I bought recently. This is a very bad sign of management.
