Funny how Motorola news is bombarded by the apparent fact that 5.5" screens are too big, while Oneplus news, no one talks about how big their 5.5" phone is.

The phablet has decent specs for the price. But they need to release flagship phones with not more than 5" screen rather than phablets.
Even a 5" screen is big to use with one hand for many people.

Moto X Play should have also been launched with a 4.5"/4.7" screen. FullHD screen and SD615 chipset like the bigger 5.5". Maybe called Moto X Mini.

temp, 28 Jul 2015finger sensor ? oups moto is not aware... return to s6 or iphone choice...finger sensors made by all manufacturing companies are not upto the mark. it lacks a lot. best sensors were made the that brand which is now owned by apple. that's why motorola opted out of this buggy and ruining finger sensor thing.

AnonD-322352, 28 Jul 2015Motorola has never used a chipset that isn't made by Qualcomm before...Well, they should try, and subsequently see the performance in the midrange increase dramatically. Most mediatek chipsets in the midrange are more powerfull than their qualcomm counterparts. E.g. on antutu, sd410= 20000, mt6732= 30000. Also, sd615= 30000, mt6752= 40000-45000
