but there is one thinh i wana know let say im app devloper of app name myapp and user search for secondapp and myapp and second app are same it will show my app as add but what if user search my app will iy show as result or ad ?? it will cost devloper if his own ad is shown on his app search

Google is not a charity organization... they are making money from every way possible.. just open your eyes and do not click AD .. at least its not like free hosting websites where you do not know which DOWNLOAD button to click..
