Had s 10.5 for a few days and experienced tablet freeze....all recovery methods provided by Samsung failed and they offered me a "service" of the device......just not good enough and Samsung agreed to refund....

The unrecoverable freeze problem has been experienced elsewhere.....just do a Google search....

Been in the IT business for several decades......I will avoid the Galaxy S 10.5 and sadly resort to the ipad.....

It may be improved a littlebit in the final version but even if it did, it wouldn't make much difference. 5 hours of screen time on a tablet, i mean....... c'mon

This Tablet is not even exactly out yet and you are talking of seeing it being used?
          Used by who?

Even the topic here says that "Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 duo hits Korea on August 11", which is about a clear week away from now and you are talking about seeing it being used? By who? A spirit? Or do you own your own private factory where you manufacture them for yourself whenever you so wish?
Gosh! Some people are really something else!!! ...will say anything just to prove a point no matter how pointless or unreasonable it may sound.

Why not wait until the thing is actually released to the market. Then your comments may begin to make a bit more sense.

I just state the facts about the Tab S2. I've seen it work, everything was switched off except the Wi-Fi. The brightness was set to arround 20%, and the tablet ate the battery up for just 5 hours of plain web browsing and watching youtube videos.

The all get 10 hours + or - with the screen turned down some but still easily readable, I wonder the origin of your zeal to mock samsung, no one could get that, from any tablet with a battery that size, unless they trawled the operating system deliberately to find everything and anything to leave turned on, with the brightness on blindingly full. No why would someone do that ? Let , me , guess. Mmmmm.

Fred, 03 Aug 2015Tab s2 offer nothing compare to owners of tab s, in fact it seems it's ridiculous to upgradeThe only upgrade vs the original Tab S is the downgraded battery :)

The Tab S2 9.7" 4G + WiFi is already up on Samsung's South Korean website for 719,000 Won.

On the South Korean website, of the original Tab S models, only the 8.4" WiFi (599,000 Won), the 10.5 WiFi (630,00 Won), and, the one I want, (Bronze only) Exynos 5433 LTE-A 10.5" (KT and LG U+ network versions) (880,000 Won) are available.

At 880,000 Won (685 Euro/US$753), the Tab S 10.5" LTE-A, with similar specs other than its roughly 10% bigger screen area (including Exynos 5433, 3GB RAM, 32GB, LTE-A, Bluetooth 4.1, etc), seems very expensive compared to 719,000 Won for the 9.7" S2. Hopefully the Tab S 10.5" LTE-A will both get a price cut and become available from Samsung outside of South Korea. I'm sure many people would be happy with that.

Next after that, can Samsung please make a 6.5" - 7" 16:10 screen ratio Tab S Note WIFi that I can fit in my trouser pocket (say 180mm x 100mm x 8-10mm with a nice big (replaceable) battery and type-C USB)? Then my pocket can also fit in a much smaller, single-hand-friendly, top-call-quality mobile phone which is just for calls and supplying an LTE-A data connection when required by the 6.5"-7" Tab S Note WiFi.
