Quad core is useless, only 2 are used in most situations, 64bit is totally useless, new generation means nothing without specs. The only improvement maybe adreno 305>306, but it is about 10%, not significant.

Even if its 1.2GHz.. it will trash the dumb 1.7Ghz on the old mini. Its equipped with a 306 instead of 305.. making it faster in graphics also. Plus slower Ghz.. means more battery efficient. And thats without considering 64bit .. if it ever support it.
Stop looking at just GHz and core numbers... STOP IT!.. STOPPPP... Please consider its generation also..

Oryginal S4 Mini has 2xKrait 1,7GHz so switching to 4xA53 1,2GHz is downgrade, so it should be named S4 mini minus.
A53 2,3 DIMPS/MHz * 1,2 = 2,76 ST (* 4 = 11,04 MT)
Krait ~3,4 DIMPS/MHz * 1,7 = 5,78 ST (* 2 = 11,56 MT)
Huge downgrade in singlethreaded performance which is most important in phones since web browsing operates on single threaded bursts - race to idle - load page as fast as possible (for best user experience) and go idle as fast as it's finished (to save battery)

Tch... I'd expect such device to have the HD view. for a 4.3 incher it's excellent. I just REALLY hope they bumped up the storage from 8 GB.

I felt annoyed when mixing many Samsung product name.. Why Samsung release continuously many phone with name is same as S4/S4 Mini or S4 plus.. all product is same design only upgrade spec or nothing upgrade... why?? Samsung make many customer annoyed when using y their phone ...I don't like Samsung phone..
