AnonD-408478, 04 Aug 2015I feel so cheated T___T why not upgrade the old sggp :( wont buy any samsung phone again . No need to feel cheated. You will feel regret if you able to update it to android lollipop. The most possible scenario is that samsung going to release android lollipop 5.0 update and that the best we old grand prime user gets. It will have a lot of bugs and hang and lag. That is why samsung don't give us update as they had seen the same problem occured with galaxy note series. The grand prime with android lollipop out of the box is more stable.

I was hoping a ram bump to 1.5gb, a better screen and sound dsp would also nice.
current grand prime screen is not very crisp, and very bad under sunlight.
sound is also too low, bad dsp chipset with no hardware equalizer support.

Pars, 03 Aug 2015TFT screen is so bad ! Samsung should use ips screen for its cheaper devices like what HUAWEI do For the record, Samsung TFT is PLS. Same as IPS in every way. 178 degree viewing angle and all.

Way overpriced, yes. I've seen android skins of phones like lenovo and micromax, trust me, samsung is much better but the market has yet to mature so cost effectiveness is the most important factor. This phone is doomed.
