Vodafone UK lost market share massively to O2 for two years simply because they did not sell that phone. O2 became UK number one BECAUSE of the iPhone.
Shame for you but Vodafone is a business trying to make money - the iPhone will make them (and Apple) serious money!!

Vodafone UK dropped the HD2 for this? a Lower resolution, smaller screen more limited device which is harder to tinker with unless you run the risk of jailbreak? I think not.
Vodafone should have learnt that users remained loyal with vodafone because they did not want the iPhone in the first place. We would much rather a droid, nexus one, HD2 or N900 or any of the other all-round superior phones. The iphone needs far more hacking and messing around than HD2 to get working the way WE want it.
It might be a nice pretty looking UI, but it is limited. And I find it insulting that Vodafone think that UK consumers should have the iphone and nothing else, certainly not the HD2.
If I had wanted an iphone as a consumer I would have left vodafone UK several years ago. I didnt have a desire for the device and i still dont. I need a big screen with a high resolution as a reader for law journals, cases and skeletons.

I went through the Omnia HD fine and same with the N97 and saito
No prolem
And they all use s60 5th so what's your problem?

why would any one be worried about buying songs from itunes when you can jailbreak your iphone and use torrents for your music ripping straight to phone. hig qaulity downloads free and no need to stand outside starbucks.......

I had the e70 before that and no prolems either just needs more RAM for 64mb is not enough but getting the n900 soo so i'm fine

XD your one of those fools that jailbroke your phone to get apps i'm not stupid bro Sorry mate but all my apps are legal, most free, few games I paid 59p some of the really cool stuff a few quid. It's not fair on the developer to screw them over. The apps are next to nothing anyway, 59p is chump change.

Photo share is a free App in the iTunes App store for sharing photo's via Bluetooth, no jailbreak required.
I have iTunes in my pocket 24/7 it's built into the iPhone along with App store all you do is touch it...
...now excuse me my Latte is ready.
