XDA developer forums which is mostly an smartphone developer website has advised the z3 compact is one of the worst at drop tests because of manufacturing faults .. They even ran surveys to see how much the phone dropped, was it in a case / with a screen protector etc. It found out that some displays crack frequently on their own without even having the device in a back pocket etc. So I think your statement is just fanboy talk and not actually based off stats. Sony also has the the worst retention rates for customers out of all the major brands due to continued issues and their userbase is dying quickly which has had a knock on effect in proffits. I have links to back up my statements too:
These issues correlate directly with the separation of Sony and Ericsson, as much of their talented staff was left go under the changes. Maybe you were lucky with your purchase but sony is definitely a load of marketing hype more than anything and the real world performance of their devices compared to the competition at the same price points leaves a lot to be desired.
As a person who has owned the z1 , z3 and z3 compact.. I feel I have learned this truth the hard way. Sony never again.... EVER.

AnonD-425914, 05 Aug 2015There's no need for Dual SIM. Please stick with single SIM.What ever you do, don't listen to this guy!
No matter how great z5 is, if it not ultra its usually just a crap like z1, z3, and z4 that lost in competition with g4, and s6
I hope z5 perfect in its camera, Don't forget to improve your system software and hardware is great but reduces a massive heat-way of your next-generation of Z5 and also Z5 compact. The best phone is the phone that user using without arm heating and else. Great Sony. Love Sony. Thank you!

The first company to put the fingerprint sensor on the side? And what about the Saygus V2? It has the sensor on the middle of the right side, just like the next Xperia.
Vic, 04 Aug 2015 Z5 Compact looks noticeable thicker than iPhone 6. Bad... Not an IPhone 6...
It's a 5s
Vic, 04 Aug 2015 Z5 Compact looks noticeable thicker than iPhone 6. Bad... Nahhh, it's optimal.
OK every thing is fine but they need only two things
first is better marketing strategy across the world like Samsung and a glamorous, colourful and gimmicky feature packed user interface like Chinese companies.
