I really hope that me... moreits not mali or powervr fault..mediatek isn't serious in making high end cpu..ewerytime mediatek coupled their cpu with mali low end performance gpu..always use mp4 gpu..exynos and kirin use mp8 atleast for their high end cpu...its mediatek to blame..

But helio x30 can even beat 820, bcoz there are 6 A72 cores... its a... moreIf it's built in a 10 to 14 nm process, then it would be very energy efficient. And also, even though the x30 can beat the 820, Snapdragon 820 is last year's flagship processor so it's expected that it would not surpass the new x30.

Mediatek CPU x10, x20 to x30 are all hype as in the 80's CPU clone on Intel: AMD, Cyrix, VIA...etc
Real delusive performances are all hype..and eventually will be forgotten.
Unless Mediatek able to do better with breakthrough technology as AMD in the 90's and do better or give it a few yrs, will be gone.

In GPU performance though it only beats the SD800-801. However, the LG G2 (cheapest right now phone with SD800) is $319.99 and my phone was $269.99 (CAD) so... yeah.
