3000mAh battery on a note phone, meh wtf..... i mean if thats the case i will not be upgrading from my s6 edge which has a very poor battery for anything other then casual users, i can cope with no micro sd slot as i would just buy the 64gb model and use pen drives when needed but longevity is ultra key for me and a phone that currenty cant last the day is not a good move for me.....looks like after 5 galaxies and 2 notes and one edge I might have to jump ship.....but to where and who??

If the rumor turns out to be true about a pathetic 3000mAh batter, I'll definitely skip the POS. Also if there's not IR blaster and now 128gb internal storage option, I'll also be skipping this POS.
I currently have the Note 4 and will likely be sticking with it.
Hopefully another manufacturer matches or exceeds the functionality of the Note and has the sense to place a capable and removable battery. As soon as that happens I'll likely abandon Samsung.
I actually hope the Note and S6+ flop badly so that Samsung can begin listening to it's customers again and go back to basics.

Customer Service:Bad ? I don't know which region you are in. But in my region (New Delhi, India) it's extremely good with free pick up and drop service in case I need any service with a turn around time of maximum 3 days. I definitely won't call it bad when compared to very very few Sony customer service centers,non existing Apple repair centers, and laughable others.
Heard of Odin flash ? If u can't wait, download the firmware and just flash it. And it's better to wait than get a buggy update in haste and then another update to fox those (example 5.1.1 update recently). And let's face it, this issue is with every OEM in android. Compare how many Sony,HTC phones got lollipop to that of Samsung.
TouchWiz Lag: First,lag or not.Its still best in class as only Samsung's class gets TouchWiz. ;).Second: Please don't comment without using.TouchWiz on S6 and S6 Edge have almost zero lag (to be precise ZERO lag) and is fluid.
Anyways I preferred Samsung's feature rich TouchWiz than bland HTC Sense and Xperia UI. A bit lag with features, I don't mind. Even iPhone lags,stutters,freezes.

Note 3 is the best note a part from its camera. Its fast its very comfortable due to its being plastic. I don't like metal phones, they are not comfortable at al.

So in other words note 4 looks better (but thats my opinion) and is more functional due to removable battery and sd slot. And it is more robust as it doesnt have glass all around it. Not sure what samsung is trying to achieve but wish them luck. They will need it.

Where is the IR blaster port? If the battery is so small, there is not SD Card and there is no IR Blaster i will not buy this phone. Samsung really made a mistake starting from S6. It gave us the premium version of a Galaxy, but it took away the SD Slot which for me was important. If i would have wanted an IPhone, i would have bought an IPhone. Samsung understood very wrong what we wanted. We wanted the quality build of the IPhone, but with everything that the Galaxy line was known for including a IR Blaster and SD Card slot.

If you're an always on kind of user then you are partially correct. Cloud storage can be faster, easier and so on but you have to pay for it each year and you must be connected. With SD storage you buy you storage which is almost never as large as cloud storage but at least you pay for it once, not on a yearly base and you don't have to be connected all the time. You could say just buy a device with a bigger on board storage but the manufacturers tend to ask a ridicule high amount of money while the keep on eating away the very same storage with useless gimmicks and bloatware... So I still prefer SD to whatever other storage.

MALI Gpu is not from Shamesung, it is from ARM self and Shammy nothing to do with it but using it.
Rest of your comment was totally broken, I can't understand clearly what you've tried to tell.
Samsung was once great but not now, it became Shamesung.
I'm sure they going to release SD slot version special for Korea, for the rest of the world just nothing.
Exynos chipset isn't amazing as you tought, their previous octa version called Exynos 5433 which used in Note 4 910C barely match SD 805 version.
That chipset has Mali T760MP6 gpu, it must at least %30 faster than Adreno 420 but not because Exynos is not great SoC as they said to you.
Not good optimized gpu and software side.
I have now S5+ (SD 805 version) I was really planning to buy Note 5 but no, I'll wait Huawei Kirin 950 with Mali T880 (God damn killa), ask your self why Shamesung didn't used that GPU on Note 5?
(May be on S. Korean version will have that gpu...)
I answer that because it is more expensive than T760, and without SD slot you have no option but buying 64 gb version.
Shamesung has a plan to crack money, money money money...
32 gb additional flash memory is 100 for shamesungs calculations, but infact any fast 128 gb ssd is already for 75 euros.
So robbing people is easyway...
Now, defend shamesung... but don't expect same from me.

it will be expensive.. expensive more than iphone 6 plus.. both are expensive.. in my view Apple and Samsung are heading into making very high profits with less value added to its products..

your missing out, have you seen the screen? 1440p superamoled, watch a demo video in that res and watch you get blown away, put that 1080p to shame on the 3, ive had every note since the 2 and the 4 is every bit of an upgrade over the 3...honestly if the 5 is the flop it will be you should upgrade to the 4
