Obviously it will not overheat. At least if Qualcoom want to stay in business. The bigger question is how cool will Kryo be? Will it be the coolest SoC to date?

Hot off the presses, it's the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, which is sure to be the hottest SoC in the world. It will blaze through the most demanding games and apps without a hint of lag...till 1 minute has elapsed, then it will throttle to hell. Lol.
