Sony make good quality phones which give us best service... but dont u see the world rite now?? why laming to chinese phone... they are doing really good.. even they are becoming theat to top crawlers... Chinese makers are giving best quality and service too also in cheap prices.... they knew how to catch markets... Brand name isn't matter now... getting is more a issue... we know sony didnt do well in their selling... and that was my point.. If they want to get back in form... they have to do little sacrifice (i am not saying lose) in their business to shape well.. (i know i am not their good advisor). Attracting market is tricky part.. sony could launch this atleast $350 or $360... but dont u thing $425 is way too much??

I am from HK and the listed price of C4 when it came out was around US$50 lower than this launch price for C5, but this C5 has a bigger screen etc.
I think Sony can price it more aggressively but that seems to be what they do. You can always find lower price in smaller shops and the bigger shops offer discounts very soon after the launch.
