In future Samsung will introduce e-sim, then all current flagship phone will support SD card in its sim slot.. ..( Just imagination ...)..

How can you suggest OTG cable as an alternative to microSD. It's as ridiculously as suggesting gluing a seat to the trunk of a car as an alternative to outfitting the car with more seats.

Your device needs to be rooted as well to read NTFS. I'm sure you carry your 1TB with the power supply connected. It's goodbye to your 1TB of HDD once you drop it.

              If you really want to do this, get yourself an SSD so it's OK for accidental drops.

              What point of having a micro SD card don't you get?

                i don't know why sd card is such an issue... you can always use an otg cable with a usb flash drive,which are easily available in as big a size as 1tb now....

Now for the removable battery... no reason for Samsung to increase production cost on a curved glass back. It seems like glossy flexible plastic, like on the Note 2.

                            Like I expected. The specs keep on changing every single day. From 4100mah battery to 3000mah battery and now from no sd slot to available sd slot. Even the s pen ejection feature keep coming and going. No one is sure about it anymore. All gsmarena do for the past weeks is spreading rumors and lies.

Some of us actually USE our phones or better yet repurposed them. Example? DAP, security cam or dash cam. 256gb note5 at ~$800 and I might... Might bite. Otherwise farewell samsung.                                       So do this mean it had nothing to do with compatability anyway?
                                      About UFS 2.0 being too fast for an SD Card slot. Have to wait until thursday I guess.
