Anonymous, 10 Aug 2015Remember the sony ericsson p910i?...I remember the P910i having the keyboard in the flip which was odd. I had the P990i which in my opinion was better with a numeric keyboard on the outside of the flip. The was also removable so you keep the QWERTY keyboard permanently open.
But there were two problems with the phone: always low on RAM with apps crashing and phone restarting due to this, and the display not being readable in sunlight.
Sliding keyboard would be nice. Just like the scientific calculator. Even LG Aka had done it beautifully and better than this ugly keyboard.
My Two Cents: The Blackberry packs a keyboard and personally I like it. Ryan Seacrest introduced a Blackberry-esque keyboard into the iPhone but it was shut down. Samsung and Blackberry are teaming up in September.. so I see Samsung GS6+ rocking a keyboard
Anonymous, 10 Aug 2015Remember the sony ericsson p910i?...I had the p910i.Awesome machine.A company called tactus created a screen that fits on any touchscreen which and when you activate the keyboard function the keys actually rise up and when youre done the go back down as if they were never there in the first place.Maybe manufacturers should actually implement that technology
I think if this is possible on the iphone then no one would comblian about it, think for a minute this keyboard could be useful if it had a battery charge, I think they got somthing up thier sleeves Samsung has some unique gadgets but how they implement is in some what ideas is very poor one day they will get it right eventually.
Anonymous, 08 Aug 2015A regular slide out keyboard wo uld be much better. And put it on the noteTo avoid the thick and huge bezels, your idea is unuseful
AnonD-369311, 09 Aug 2015It doesn't even sit on the screen. there's a USB host function on Android devices making them ... moreHe didn't realize that it should actually be plugged in to the USB port lol.
It looks crap, but is the kind of thing I'd buy. I use my phone as a mini laptop and nothing beats a hardware qwerty
Samsung than lost thier damn mind this is useless who the hell would use this
I know a fair few people that won't ditch their BB's cause they are the only ones providing physical keyboards, so yes there is a market for it, worth making a handset around it? Not really but a addon sure why not.
What a useless gadget !
Samsung better put a removable battery in their phones if they want people to buy them !
i remember bb sue typo for the physical keyboard... just waiting for this , did bb will do the same or not
Quite good for the first-time users of touch phone .. But looks terribly worse
