1- Hardware specs
2- PC usb tethering (charge/no-charge your choice). No need to blow your battery.
3- Bluetooth tethering (file transfer to/from your home pc).
Apple officially removed tethering since Mid 09. Unless you are jailbroken but jailbroken sets hardly gives you a few hours on battery. It sucks the battery in the background regardless of you use/not use your phone.
4- Hardware Radio
5- Office suite
6- documents handling & preview
7- Removable battery. (iphone is on warranty's mercy).
8- click on any downloadable file link on iphone to see whether you can download it or not. (WM HD2 no hassle regardless of file extension).
9- WM has a lot more free apps on open source websites than iphone. Don't believe? google it. iphone has to be jailbroken for that approach & keep losing battery juice.
10- WM voice command.
11- video calling.
12- Removable storage.

Conclusion:
Best of best No.1 phone = HD2
No.2 phone = Nexus One

You can't just claim somet... morethe nexus one really looks nice but I just got the HD2 so ... well you know. And the HD2 is better than iPhone in my opinion. I can really compare because a lot of my friends have an iPhone and I myself an iPod touch. The iPhone OS and UI is so simple and boring.. after a few days with my HD2 i picked up my iPod and i was like: This is from the stone age!
I dont know anything about the N900 though.
But really the HD2 is amazing. And it is getting WinMo7 (90% sure, check pocketnow.com) which I am sure will be a succes. MicroSoft is not stupid.. they NEED to make WinMo7 a succes.
Ontopic: The price is not that high if you ask me (370 euro's right?). Most of the competition is 500 euro and higher.

No video calling again? I can't wait for the reviews. This can maybe go against HD2. Only problem the screen but over 4" is too much.
I was thinking something between HD2, Iphone 3GS and N900 but now this...

Well i was going to get the Milestone or N900 then this came along.
Anyone know how long till it comes out in the UK or will it be quicker to get the identical HTC Bravo in April?
Need to make a purchase soon so I can dump the iPhone.......

Motorola will be p*ssed the Droid/milestone is only a couple of months old.
