They use the same lithium ion batteries. It's the rest of the components used and software that makes for great power saving and thus good battery life.

seems like a war going on for more and more pixel density. dont you think that beyond ~350ppi is an overkill?? they should better focus on improved UI, software stability, camera quality and most importantly the battery backup.

i think if they get the battery right, like, really good and somewhat think of a good idea to overcome sd810 heating issue, then it has a good chance over note 5 which is an utter dissapointment to most of the fans.

I want an exactly 5 inch FHD display, in a thick Sony, with a big battery and a good camera with OIS. Than a good software for the camera and a well optimised OS.
This is what i want from you SONY! Not glass, because my Z3 screen has been bits and pieces when fallen down @25km/h. Plastic is good, durable.
Otherwise i am going to buy the S6 Active

I still watch most movies I download on my 55" TV at 720p and they look fine, why 4k on a 5-6" screen?????????? Can ANYONE explain? Is it similar to the MegaPixel race of the past where our HDDs got loaded up faster than a crooked politician with useless over-sized pics?
Make the bezels on the side like the C4 Ultra and for God sakes, please improve the camera performance and it will be worth upgrading.

Yeah, c'mon Sony. I've always wanted a device with a max of 15 min screen-on time. I want a phone with bad battery life. :D

Why can't they wait for good time and release one great phone rather than numerous models in one year. Sony perhaps is the only company with 3 flagships in a year. Before one gets released, another is already in making. Someone needs to give them a lesson in management !!
