AnonD-421330, 15 Aug 2015Guyz.. Pls note that Note is not the actual note now.. Without SD card & removable batter... moreAnother stupid comment. The note is a note. Removable Battery and SD card has absolutly nothing to do with it being a note or not a note. The Screen size, the SPen and the ability to do things straight from removing the Spen is the fundemental concept of what a Note actually is. What you said is basically saying anything with a removable battery and removable SD Card is a Note. So, M8 is Note? A old Galaxy S3 is a note? A Cannon Digital Camera is a Note? A modern day Teddy Ruckspin is a Note? No.....No.....No....and No. Try and think about making stupid comments and understand what the concept of Note actually is before suggesting the difference between a note and non note is a battery and memory card.

Couldn't they make an S6 Edge MINUS?
I see many people that miss the times of premium-feel phones that were _under_ 5'' in screen size. Or, more precisely, under 70mm in width.

I compared the Note 5 with 4. The Note 4 is way better! Can't believe Samsung DOWNGRADE the Note series. I have the Note 3 and will wait until I see LG/Huawie Nexus....Note 5 is a big pass.

make a curve here, take a curve there ! strip away functionality which made the line a success !
copy and juxtapose design ideas of other companies ( which you youself made fun of in your advertisement )and Voila ! you have the new versions , thanks i will still somehow stick with my reliable Note 2 !

AnonD-19414, 14 Aug 2015also Samsung is copy cat because when iPhone launches cheaper iPhone 5c Samsung to launch che... moreReally...you have no idea what you are talking about. Manufacturers have made cheaper versions of flagships for years. Copy this.......Copy That.........Really, I do not think so. It is so comical that people constantly make such stupid and absurd comments. It clearly expresses a lack in depth of understanding of the entire life cycle of a product along with technology evolution. Neo's and C's are a result of point in time of component lifecycles (there are other reasons too of course)....i.e. when a Flagship launches, it should be leading new levels of technology to the market and so the price is always high (because of many reasons) and it simply is not possible from a cost perspective to make a cheaper version with the same experience at that point in time. 6 months on and many sales later it becomes possible, because the technology becomes cheaper and more refined. Imagine the manufacturing process of a curved screen and consider the yield complications....simply improving manufacturing processes and increasing yield will drive the cost down. You can take this same argument with TV's. New TV's with new display technologies are extremely complicated to make and produce a low yield. This means that the cost to produce 1 becomes expensive. Anyway, copying is not a problem in the industry, it is simply every manufacturer trying to evolve each others ideas to provide a greater Consumer Experience and at a price the consumer is willing to pay. Apple and Samsung Co-lead this in different areas. Samsung leads the H/W element and Apple leads the S/W element (in consumer eyes).

With all the major important features that most of us value are gone, even the first Galaxy Note is better to buy than this Note5. So therefore I can call it the Galaxy Note.5 (NotePOINTfive) because it's half of a Galaxy Note ought to be.
