I think Samsung failed to read the message from the market. The Note 5 should kept the idea of a round screen.
I personally wouldn't like the missing IR, but is not a big deal. Missing SD card should be replaced with bigger internal space, starting with 64gb) and the wireless charging is something expected but good to keep.

Somehow I can accept the Non-existence of the Micro-SD, sealing the battery making it non removable and staying with micro USB 2 instead of 3 like the Note 3, but abandoning the Infra Red? Even the S6 has it, I'll wait for Samsung to lose profit and learn from it's mistakes and see if it will learn quick enough to build the Note6 as an upgrade instead of a miserable downgrade.

Worst release in entire Note series. I'm hugely disappointed.
Why can't samsung make it Water proof like other mobiles ?
Why can't it include a better camera than the bunch in the market ?
When the chipset is capable of 4k @ 60 FPS why not release it ?
why should'nt it provide 4100 maH battery ?
After all with its hefty pricing and flagship tag , why not dear samsung ?

Quick charging and Samsung pay do not make a phone hot. So many current technologies are not included. So much compromise to pander to the slim phone brigade.

Hot or not?IMO not for both,because they are just some bigger siblings of S6/S6 edge and with a stylus(note5).Nothing newer,nothing better.Same hardware (the 1 Gb more Ram doesn't make some difference in real life),same design as gs6 duo,nothing better that could make an obiously difference.Samsung,IMO you could done it better.
