I told everyone that before win10 premier:
READ THE F TERMS OF USE!
there is way more "flowers" like this one. Windows 10 is one big keylogger. they can legally store everything what you write, take a look to your files, store your mails and other messages... everything.
And its not like they have just database with random ID's without names of users... THEY KNOW your name because of this data they store.
Also no one feel slowdown of internet when using windows10?
Its because now microsoft use every PC as a P2P station for sending updates and systems... I had mobile internet plugged with 30gb limit for one week... its was dead after few days because of that xD
And best part is not about blocking games but hardware. They now can just block your whole PC if they see that you use part without certificates. When I tested it I could not block all data that they wanted to send because its part of the system AND I could not use Bluetooth receiver, Security pen for one of office software and USB to HDMI capture device... drivers where fine, after blocking whole internet and changing ID's of those devices to more common one work..
But still people love it because it was free system :D

Osiris3000, 17 Aug 2015Is the User Agreement international or only binding to the US?it would be international bud im jus gonna stick with windows 7 ultimate I play a lot of homebrew games using emulators which im certain fall in the category of counterfeit. plus where im at there are a lot of pirated games for pc in which its rather difficult to find originals on certain titles I would rather have original but sometimes no choice an to order online it goes through customs here since its from overseas an well you have to pay customs to get your package etc. its all one big suck fest lol but all in all I have read a lot of good things regarding windows 10 worth the upgrade in a lot of cases but mine im not upgrading anytime soon
