but since we are in a dream world and comparing apples to oranges, i know i want my next phone to have 3 r9 series radeons in crossfire, with 4amd fx processors just like in a blade server and 16 GB DDR5 ram , and a new samsung 16TB SSD drive. also make my phone 6mm thickch with a 5.7 inch screen. yep ill be happy with that phone.

And for me best single thread performance 1 Intel core M 2 Apple cyclone 3 Nvidia Denver core 4 arm cortex a72 but I don't know about amd cpu

Anonymous, 18 Aug 2015If Samsung can beat Intel, why can't LG beat Samsung?lol Intel is still king of computer cpu. Samsung just makes mobile processor which even old Intel core 2 duo beat in performance. so stop trolling.
Guys... They aren't claiming over 3x the performance of the 7420.they're claiming like... 10% better.
The 2 bars aren't s6 compared to this new stuff, it's single core v multi-core of the same chip, with both chips being shown in their own group.
It's a little more believable that way, too.
this is not 3times over... please look again to the graph... that single thread n miltu thread over a device... and another one set at bottom... dont make such simple mistake...
Not only LG but all aimed at Exynos 7420 since its fastest, most efficient and most powerful chip out there every one wants to overtake it but the thing is once they done in fact its a year old and next generation will come soon!
16nm chip aim at Exynos 7420? While Samsung going to released 14nm Exynos 7422, LG is so dumb. LG gonna LAG in front of Samsung. Where is that dual edge phone that LG have been working on anyway. I dont see it. Even Blackberry Venice going to beat LG on dual edge screen tech if they dont hurry. LG always be the last at everything. They always make it first but the last to used it.
I don't have any idea how they came with "THREE TIMES MORE PERFORMANCE"....
The figures shown are not showing 3 times more performance.

Which companies are good? Samsung? Yes! HTC? Yes! Sony? Of course yes! iPhone? You kidding me? LG is better than Apple any day.
This is good for LG. However, they'll need to set their sights higher. Exynos has already evolved, matching LG's best results while in power saver mode.
A leak coming from China has revealed an image showing the benchmarking results of Mongoose. In short, its makes Exynos 7420 look like a mid-ranged SoC. According to the details coming from the source, the chipset is surprisingly going to feature a quad-core processor instead of an octa-core CPU. However, this is where things get really interesting. The clock speed for each core is 2.4 GHz, and Mongoose is able to obtain the following scores.
Single-core test: 2,136 points
Multi-core test: 7,497 points
Additionally, the source also mentioned that when the device running the SoC is running at a power-saving mode, the handset will automatically downclock in order to save as much juice as possible. Given below are the benchmarking results when the processor clocks down.
Single-core test: 1,698 points
Multi-core test: 5,263 points
***Super power-saving mode***
Single-core test: 1,323 points
Multi-core test: 3,489 points
