but the MIPAD owners like me are having so much trouble using the tab because there are so many bugs in it,
we would really love a major update atleast just to fix the bugs,
atleast to me it really doesn't matter, it's kitkat or lollipop or marshmallow or whatever
Dearest friends.I heard that they call this the Apple of China!!!Thanks GSM for its good news!Hopefully its prices are budget and affordable for the poorest oppressed depressed depressed nations of the world, especially many that up to now haven't seen a radio yet!!!Also China once used to call the supporter of those under poverty nations!!!Thanks God,Happily buying a unit of those devices is like buying an ice cream for us and EU people!!!Thanks GSM for much more of these good news, public and good Google plus, unaffordable for me now!!!?Good luck all in Google plus!!Hopefully Chinese brand remembers that it,s Asian and Google,s help too!!
So much whining on the official boards. Just think, do you use your smartphone to play with the os or do you use it for the apps. The apps provide the functionality and google upgrades all the apps separately anyway. And tell me how many apps that you use won't run on even jellybean or maybe even ice cream sandwich. Android apps are like windows apps, the backwards compatibility is huge. And new updates always introduce bugs. You go to even apple forums, after every update there are always so many complains. I personally never update unless there's some security issue or my app won't work without new os.
Ok what the hell wrong did we MIPAD owners do to you xiaomi(apart from buying it, i guess) , that you don't include it in the device list whereas it's one of the most capable device and also the device that needs this update the most
I'm kinda dissapoint to hear the lollipop restriction, but in the other hand miui in kit kat is a lot faster than any other UI in lollipop..so well still is great update
Poor Xiaomi-Guys.... still running that age old kitkat.... probably will never get the taste of Lollipop, let alone Marshmallow! CyanogenMod rulezzz!
I'm now using MI 4i as subs to my previously broked phone. As far as im concern im having a decent experience for the cheaper price and good performance. I do really want to try Xiaomi phone but unfortunately MI 4 was hard to find in my place until now. I do hope MI 5 will land here pretty soon!
So no devices except mi4i get MIUI 7 based on android 5.1. I'm done with Xiomi. Better go with cyanogenmod based phone and have a snappier UI and regular updates.
One would hope the the DND & mi band could be disabled by user.
I would hate to fall asleep whilst waiting for a call and miss it because the call didn't wake me
