My phone is constantly connected to the Wi-Fi at home, consequently its connected to the internet, sometimes I don't carry it as I have my work phone (windows) and carrying two is annoying.

I think its a waste of time having these watchs when you can have the phone

This can only happen if you took your watch and forgot to pick your phone while leaving for the office. This has happened to be quite a few times actually.
