Really, really, really bad idea.
I would say this even goes against consumer rights.
One thing is to have ads in a specific app which you can decide either to install or not, another thing is putting the ads directly in your device's OS or preinstalled software, making you unable to choose.
Remember that this will have an effect on your battery, processing and Internet speeds and ads to your Internet traffic.
I know that kindle has done it, but if I remember correctly, you had, two versions of the device: the add free at a discount, and the normal one, and that makes it totally different because you then have a choice.

In Poland they put 3-4 ads and 3-4 trailers of new movies and 20-25 minutes later move is on. That's why im coming 20minutes after it starts :D
ofcourse I understand like in TV if you have free channels you watch ads every 30-40minutes while watching movie but if you are paying money ( HBO ) there are not ads while movie is playing. So at cinema should be the same - Im paying and don't want to see ads
for me its bad move what Samsung is doing..

They can go the Amazon way. Show ads and heavily subsidise devices. However, it should NOT do it on the flagship phone Galaxy S, otherwise it will spoil the reputation. They can do it on, say, Tizen phones, or entry level droids.
