We also have fibre optics. Catch up with the times, bro.

Hopes you guys have very well developed 3G network and 4G LTE network first. In Asia, we already start pre5G internet using the current 4G networking. LTE-A is a specialty in South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong. Get your country into the top 50 mightiest internet speed first, then you can ask for something more premium than Xiaomi.
I see the price listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Does that mean it is going to come to SA???
yeeeeeeeeeeeeees finally. Motorola should have done this from the onset with moto g. The best value for mney phones are not being sold in Africa such as oneplus, asus zenphone 2 and the alcatel idol 3(5.5) yet they could easy capture the market. Good luck Xiaomi, brin em first

Please launch in Ghana fast, I did not think this will happen soon. I have been using Sony/Sony Ericsson phones for 8 years now and decided to switch to other brands due to high price tag and availability. There was no brand to consider except Xiaomi which was within my budget. Samsung is everywhere in Ghana but that is not my taste.
My story....... I decided to buy online but none of these Chinese online stores Accepts my card except Paypal. One funny thing is that you cannot register Paypal in Ghana.
The only option was to let an agent buy to the USA and have it Mailed to me - too expensive.
Android one too is delaying after launch in Nigeria.
Please Xiaomi , Launch this in Ghana as soon as possible and remember Ghana too on the the list of 14 online stores. Thank you.
Xiaomi, what took you so long to get here? First enter Nigeria before any other place with the redmi note series to compete with the 5.5" craze of users of infinix. Then your lower midrange series. Just like the article, pricing is one of the major factors in Africa
Kenya too, though it sucks that Motorola isn't here, they were pretty strong in the market a while back, and the new Moto line could be a hit here.
ooh Xiaomi, been waiting in Nigeria for a long time to get my hands on you. Can't wait to hear that Xiaomi is in Nigeria
A little too late? I'll rather buy an AndroidOne device. If Xiaomi had come in earlier, maybe. Also, any device above $100 is going to have a tough time competing with sub-$100 devices
