The only thing that can be considered as innovation by Apple is iOS, and even that isn't so revolutionary since android was in the making before the the first iphone was released.

Exactly HTC Has Been Consistent for Years, They've Polished Their Design and this is the fruition of their labor, honestly the Tyrant Gold is a bit much but that's a choice color they always bring good stuff to the table, would like to see more vanilla android experience and the option to download whatever apps from a company we chose, without being forced in bloatware

HTC has always been in the forefront of design. Seeing them copying the style of any other brand is not logical and if true it only means the real decline of once a great brand!

and yes, I am clearly aware that android came before the 1st iphone, iphone 1 came out in 2007,
the 1st version of android came out in 2002. But it's not a phone, it was an operating system that Nokia didn't want (android offered it to Nokia) and Im not sure what point your getting at by telling us android came before iphone 1. I've never even heard of android until after the iphone 1 came out, since everyone started making phones "like the iphone" so if you really want to go into a loop argument we can go on forever.
right now, that phone does look an iphone 6, based on the obvious markings on the back near the top and bottom, but we are use to seeing other manufactuers make phones that look like the 1st iphone.
again, if not for the 1st iphone buddy, you still be using a flip phone right now

I though HTC did the "2 lines" thing on the back of their phone, THE M7, first before Apple did it with the iP6? And they have always put that camera in the middle, always. Good trollimg gsmarena.
