We want SMALLER phones not bigger. Look at the SE Robyn, that's what I'm talking about. If it exists that is. :-O

SHARP were able to fit a 1024 x 480 screen into a much smaller handset than this... not sure what's so great about 4.8".

This "phone" is hideous. LG keeps releasing these silly constructed models to grab the consumers eye. What might help is having the phone operate properly for more then a month. LG is notorious for lacking in substance and going all style. Motorola did the same thing and now are barely breathing. And they never made a castastrophe of a phone like this. Canyou imagine this thing on a belt clip? You walk lop-sided :P

TEGRA IS NOT A GRAPHICS CHIP.

It is made by Nvidia but underneath it is a normal run of the mill ARM 7 processor.

Lol, that's more like a tablet than a handset. That thing's a beast!!!

Instead of monster screens, companies need to really start implementing the projectors to compensate for a lack of screen size. I'd never buy a phone that HUGE.

This phone is not that big for a couple of reasons.

For a phone to be hand friendly the width should not exceed 65mm wide. Because of the MEGA wide screen ratio this is fairly narrow for a 4.8" screen but is fairly tall probably around 130mm. Width is far more important than length when it comes to smartphones being too big.

Quite big and yet it is called a smartphone when u can't pocket that. What if they do a trimming on the body? like they did on LG borderless HD TV?...the OS looks ugly for me and the phone is slow in the video..maybe it is not the final product..and needs some FW update =D

While it's gonna be tough to argue on Intel's ability to improve on the core CPU + overall phone build development, the rest are out in the open...and do we need yet another character into this smartphone OS circus ergo Moblin?I mean think about it.We got Android trying to pace evenly and then Nokia's doing a wild one with Maemo with an even crazier attempt coming from Samsung with Bada?People are waiting if nVIDIA's gonna throw Tegra 2 aggressively into any smartphone and we can definitely rule 1 out with a Pineview on top, judging by their current legal entanglements on the PC/mobo chipsets side. That's another thing that worries me.Intel's "street cred" ensures that they'll try to fully assault all ARM based rivals with this clean or dirty with the latter shouldn't come as a surprise. We want smartphone future prices to make sense and still lower than laptops. With Intel coming into this game that'll actually backfire.

Really big phone. I like the specifications, but I want mini version of this, something not bigger then BL40. Ang the phone has capacitive touch screen with multi-touch. I heard this from Intel's conference.
