Moto is better in terms of software support(provide ota almost as fast as nexus range) and quality of hardware(except camera). But i just hope Lenovo will decide the pricing, coz moto tends to overprice their phones while lenovo phones are competitively priced.

I have moto x,g,g2 and E. In these mobile only moto x and g are working good but other two mobile are not working properly. I have given motto g2 to the service centre they said actually there is a motherboard problem so we will replace with new one. I said OK but they have taken one month to replace OK let it be but the phone still in the same condition this is ridiculous. Never buy moto mobiles it's touch is also not so sensitive as compared to lumia and others. This is just OK phone I don't know how people rated this mobile.

I think is good news but it will be better if Lenovo only manage the spec. of the phone, High/Mid/Low tier and prices. Motorola will manage design, innovation, phone experience and what brand will be use in the component of the phone.

1st time ever , Lenovo buy Motorola & let Motorola control the Lenovo brand . The Motorola is well known not user friendly , full of quality problem handset in Malaysia , & now Lenovo wanna try so hard to rebuild the brand name for the Gaput US lousy brand name.
Lenovo if they really seperate the Low cost , Mid cost , High cost model properly , they will success . but so far they fail to do this part in all sector. you can't find the Mid cost model can compete with honor 6 plus , mx4 , mi4 . same as high cost model the Z2 pro can't fight Note 4 , Z3 , S6 in term of battery life , user GUI . so they lose in every sector , especially the GUI is so ugly among all phone maker.

Please go back to school kid. Also, tell your parents they should re-educate you, cause looks like they failed.

Back on topic, this is a good choice. Motorola has a better name, so would be weird to go on with 2 names.

This is the best news I heard today, Lenovo have been producing some good midrange phones with quality hardware, thier software is a major letdown, it was clumsy , ugly and eventually bog down the overall system performance down the lane. also the software update. You get a lenovo phone with Android Kitkat, you stay with Kitkat even after 2 years. Now with Motorola, we could Quality hardware with almost stock Android software. Nice decision LENOVO. Way to go !!!!

That's a really good and smart move by Lenovo. They're anyways going to make profit with Moto. Its just plain simple sense to make Moto brand much stronger.

Just Lenovo decide thier mobile should be called Moto. That's all. Moto is still owned by Lenovo.

No.. No more cheap but powerful androids from lenovo.. Moto is good.. But their moto g and moto e are pricier than lenovo's counterpart.

That the sequences of selling the phone only for profit without care about quality.. Lenovo phone has kill his own brand and now need to use other brand to secure their business.. Lesson to other company..
