SMS box is useless after update. Laggy and you just have to switch to hangouts, no way to text someone with std app. BUG like hell! How come something like that has gone out ?!? I think it shows up when you have a lot of SMS in the box, but, huh...whatever. You fckd up sammy

I think the writer is wrong at the beginning, and in this domain, it's important to use the right words: Samsung has pushed an Android update to Note 4 in April (well, started since they don't do all countries in same time) but it wasn't their last "firmware update". Samsung continuously sends minor updates to their phones (at least flagships) even if not updating Android version. Example : my S5 got lollipop 5.0 in January, yes, that's a while. But since then 4 minor updates followed not updating OS version but still counting as firmware updates.
