I have been using Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3" for almost 2 years and it is a great phone. Known as mega initially for its great display. However Samsung Mega 2 came as 6". It does not reflect it's big display. Specs are not exciting at all. There are many phones like Huawei and LG have even better than samsung mega 2 and no good reason to choose it. So l guess Samsung got to redesignate what is Mega. Mega is for big display. If samsung can come out a bigger display yet with better specs it would be great such as thinnest profile. Bigger display, small bezel, QHD, LTE, dual sim and etc. So where are you samsung to stay competitive. Otherwise no sooner become like HTC failing to recognise customer requirements and close both ears

A Galaxy Mega that is only 5.5" is just plain wrong. It should be 6.25" to 7.0." How many 5.5" phones does Samsung need?

VR features with 720p screen? You should try Galaxy Gear VR for Galaxy S6. You'll know how pixelated the image is on 1440p screen. Seems 4k or 8k is minimum for a decent image.
I believe the new On series is just a mid-range refresh. In place of Ace, maybe?

And now for mega on .. please at least with ram 2gb and rom 16gb , amoled 6" 720p , gorilla glass , front cam 5mpxls and rear cam 16mpxls both with led , fast auto focus , optic image stabilizer , 3000mAh , card slot up to 64gb , dual sim , under 200gr will be nice acceptable ..
