Tizen OS is a no deal. Not many apps for this OS and that is a problem. Having Gear S that also have Tizen, and lack of apps irritate me. For battery life, don't expect long battery life. Gear S don't last a full day, and the charging cradle needed for charging, is just to silly. Design is horrible in my opinion. Even I have many of Samsung's top products, Gear S2 I will not buy.

This watch looks great and its good Samsung is innovating more with this rotating bezel.
Apple and Samsung has alot of haters, which will hopefully make them stronger in the long run. Samsung with it's great hardware and apple with its good software,

Simple and elegant.. Straps can be changed.. Watch faces can be changed.. All those people who called it ugly probably wants a watch with bells and whistles stuck permanently to the case.. Well, to each their tastes.

I am amazed on how you guys missed the most important highlight on this smartwatch. It offers e-sim which is the first of its kind. I bet the next Galaxy S7 and other flagship will start using this.

Anonymous, 01 Sep 2015Looks like some $2 watch selling in wet markets...to be honest, it's not like apples watches looks that much better, as I also don't think they look that good too, that said, if it's a smart watch, it's best to be square and a circle watch will hinder developers to making the display round, which is a disadvantage. Not sure why Samsung is making round watches.

I guess your a Samsung fan boy? It's ugly. Live with it. just because others think it's ugly doesn't mean you go around insulting them as ugly. Just google the feedbacks from others. It's not a very good looking watch, in fact I think their 1st generation ones look better.
