Nokia releases updates for Nokia N900 and Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Comments

im really dissapointed with nokia. im a 5530 user and now that 5800 got kinetic scrolling,im sad coz 5530 is being downgraded and this is really sapping my moral. indeed, what was interesting in 5530 is that it could distinguish itself from 5800. i didnt bother that it doesnt have 3g coz 3g in my country is bad and expensive and that was compensated by wifi.
now my 5530 looks cheap.since i just got this one, i wont be buying a new one till next year and i assure you that the new one wont be a nokia phone.!!!!

I have got the 5800XM update last night. I am using it but unfortunately the interface is worse. When you tap any option at first the area becomes white and then red and then the app starts. It looks very cheap and kinda corny. It made me feel like as if i am a joker and i am using a circus instrument.

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, nokia updater keeps saying it is up to date (i got 3.01.1 version. on this page it is version 4. what the heck is going on?

plz answer..it is where the phone monitors how fast you swipe to scroll. It then adjusts the speed to that. So a fast and hard swipe will make the phone scroll fast to almost half away through the list. like in real life.
sorry that's the best way i can explain it. Maybe some people can do better or just youtube it
