This Huawei Mate S is definately a must have for me. The sleek look on the phone itself makes anyone wants to buy the phone. The features is also a plus on this phone. I just love it.
The back and sides of the phone looks a bit similar to the IPhone 6 Plus. It is quite obvious that Huawei took inspiration from the 6 Plus in designing this new phone of theirs. The design of the IPhone still appeals to me a lot more though, but its just my personal taste. As for specs war, I think the Huawei Mate S wins in this department. A powerful octa-core cpu, huge battery, and everything else as seen here versus.com/en/huawei-ascend-mate-s-vs-apple-iphone-6-plus. But in the end, it still comes down to personal preference.
Anonymous, 02 Sep 2015I do not know how they call it this a Mate 7 successor...?!?!?it isn't. That's why it called Mate S and not Mate 8 or 7s. According to insiders the Kirin 950 was not ready for mass production so they decided to go with the Mate S instead of Mate 8. The real successor will be released in early 2016 with Kirin 950, QHD display, 4GB RAM and IMX230 20MP camera. The Honor 7 has bit smaller display (5,2") but offers a bigger battery 3100mAh and better camera 20MP IMX230 but just costs 300-350EURO

also 8MP and 13MP can be improved (look on iPhone 6) - the salt isn`t in MP
mobile phone will never be a playing station
