I wonder which game is so resource hungry that you need such a device, and regarding onscreen gpu performance i am curious if it will be able to beat z5c....probably not.
Screen ppi will be the same for both of them if it will have FHD display, but a 6 inch is undeniably better for gaming.
I see no data regarding the battery, but unless it will have over 3.500 mAh, z5c will offer more battery for gaming as well.
AJ, 02 Sep 2015You're absolutely right on the money. Per Mediatek, the Mali-T8xx MP4 GPU in the Helio X20 wil... moreAt least the team who design and build their monitors know what they are doing.
More cores, more ram, but what graphic intensive games can mobile phones run today?
70k plus on antutu shows that mali t880mp4 works as it should as opposite to adreno 430 which can be only found in sd810. so YEAH its vaporware!
TylerGrunter, 02 Sep 2015I think you just don't know what is vaporware or the capacity of Adreno 430 for the matter.Well let me tell u this. i dont like people who are all of it. And thats u my friend. Adreno 430 cant work without soc. Stand alone adreno 430 score doesnt mean anything so its vaporware my friend. Now to mali t880mp4 the score is only 10 procent lower then 760mp8 but its more power efficient so that covers it up. Do calculations then come back to me!
Punisher, 02 Sep 2015Actually it doesnt lose to mali t760mp8 or 7420 overall! and by the way u cant compare it to a... moreI think you just don't know what is vaporware or the capacity of Adreno 430 for the matter.

Anonymous, 02 Sep 2015Except this time it's a Mali T880 MP4 which should be very goodExcept a Mali T880 MP4 would lose to:
Adreno 430 (Snapdragon 810)
Mali T760 MP8 (Exynos 7420)
Tegra X1 NVidia
So it pretty much loses to any current generation SoC already in place, and they call that a phone for gamers?
I'm not saying it is bad, just that if you want to create a phone for gamers you have to use a SoC with the best GPU possible, and the X20 is still far from that.
We are at latter half of year 2015 and it pains my brain cells to see tablets with 2GB RAM call themselves "gaming" tablets, lol. Also, intel CPU? Do they not know some games are incompatible to those???
TylerGrunter, 02 Sep 2015OK, so you create a phone for gaming and add a SoC from a well known brand for cutting on the ... moreExcept this time it's a Mali T880 MP4 which should be very good
TylerGrunter, 02 Sep 2015I think it is your knowledge of SoCs that is limited: http://www.anandtech.com/show/9219/the-... moreAdd this to your knowledge smarty pants. That benchmark is a failure. You are comparing a Windows device from Microsoft to an android. The chipset would run differently on an android tablet from Acer. It still would be on par with Nvidia Shield tablet. Besides, real test haven't been perform yet so, you wouldn't know if it is better or not. This Acer would run newer version of android anyway so, Nvidia lose there.
I will buy this and then port windows to it
AnonD-137201, 02 Sep 2015Oh, please...
Why would a gamer want to have a Windows Smartphone?
A lot of games don't even... moreBecause of:
- more possibilities (Windows 10 games will be mindblowing)
- better gaming performance
- Xbox integration
- Xbox streaming
I really REALLY wish Acer announced a Windows 10 Mobile version of both Predator 6 and 8. That would be my dream come true
TylerGrunter, 02 Sep 2015I think it is your knowledge of SoCs that is limited: http://www.anandtech.com/show/9219/the-... moreIf that tablet have developers support for future conversion into full windows 10 arm can suck it both 57 and 72 in windows department. This tablet is so interesting

There you have, a SoC that is graphically losing against the Tegra K1 in every benchmark.
It does not lose against the new Tegra X1, but the previous iteration that has half the power.
And you saying that is has more power than the Nvidia SoCs. Lol
And in CPU the x7-Z8700 has not changed at all from the old Atoms: exactly the same old staff that could hardly compete with A15 cores, now it has to compete with A57/A72. And it loses BADLY.
Very similar styling to the Asus ROG laptops. Speakers are the same unique shape as the vents on those laptops, and the colour/material combinations too.
well i now what is my dream device hahaha. 6 inch metal unibody, two speakers in front and two on back. Force touch. Dual dedicated soc/dual ROM one ram chip per os. dual based os with Intel x7/SD820(heliox20) plus windows continuum. plus optional full blown windows 10 enabled for install on Intel x7 part. dual haptic feedback. real sense camera, usb c fast charging in and out! 3000mah battery,
