If a review site took the Note5's S-Pen into some rigorous testing and unfortunately permanently damaged the phone, mmm pretty sure some review site just might encounter an issue with the mirror finish after some extensive sunbathe/tan test. Sure it's stainless and all, sure it can also assist users shooting themselves via the read main cam as they wouldn't need a separate mirror and all, but right about now I could see a little foreseeable melting predicament with the employment of that chrome finish. I will just have to patiently wait for such a veering article or review but if such wouldn't graze anywhere only then I could conclude that the chrome variant would be fine and dandy I would want one after dismissing my cautionary avoidance on everything chrome
4K resolution with S810? Sony please...
dont see it by the sd810. it will be different, brother. it is v2.0. at least it will not heat like the previous one. and its looking gorgeous. wow its 4k. first ever in a phone.. wish it had a stylus too.
What a device sony has produced,sd810 running 4k and not getting overheated well we have to wait till November to check how it performs
Guest, 02 Sep 2015Once upon a time, S810 with FHD = overheating and underclock.. and now, Z5P, S810 with 4K = ... more Brilliant engineering behind Sony!

This device should be awesome for VR. Can't wait to see it in action.
AnonD-412449, 02 Sep 2015Don't see any point having Qhd display in a phone and now 4k? Will anyone really notice it? ... moreIf you use a VR headset or Googles cardboard, then you will definitely notice it. You have to remember that VR splits the display in 2 for each eye. So a QHD (2560x1440) display looks good at 1280x1440 per eye. But now a 4k display gives you a resolution of 1920x2140 per eye. Anything lower then QHD when using VR, looks like crap.
Ryan, 02 Sep 2015But still better than note5(3000mAh and 5.7inch screen)If you think that extra 430 mAh is going to help this phone with a SnapDonkey 810 and a 4k Screen you are delusional. The only thing this phone will do better is warm my hands in the coming winter.
2(horizontal) x 2(vertical) = 4 simple math
only 3gb ram?
lol sony is always loser
Ryan, 02 Sep 2015But still better than note5(3000mAh and 5.7inch screen)LG G4 pro will kill this.
sony is always loser to samsung and lg.

Will be waiting for the full review to see how good it is.
Absolutely beautiful design! Well done Sony! Hope this one works out them :)
It's not 4 times 1080p.. It's jus 2 times over 1920x1080. Do some calculation before posting.
They just don't learn. When would these manufacturers stop running behind numbers on their spec sheet and improve performance of what they already have. Samsung learnt it from S6 duo onwards. Time for Sony and HTC to take a note. Sony phones are nightmare to use after 3-4 months. Camera was already good. What would 23MP add to general user? And that high iso !! Does it really matter on a smartphone? How about enhancing software !!
Ryan, 02 Sep 2015But still better than note5(3000mAh and 5.7inch screen)snapdragon 810 will kill this phone's battery life.
the note 5 has long lasting battery life because it does not use snapdragon 810
OMG! the Chrome Xperia Premium just killed me! Sooo Gorgeous!
