Wondering if the Android Apps can be installed on it's 8GB internal storage.
So far Android doesn't allow apps to be installed on SD card.

It is very crucial as the numbers of apps can be installed is more or less limited on my Acer Liquid.

Android is a smartphone OS, it is quite ridiculous as it limits the apps that can be installed.

(...Motorola XT701 that was introduced in December 2010

The wonderful specs are in line with what we've seen earlier, which is a 3.7 inch WVGA screen, 8 megapixel camera, 720p video recording, and HDMI out. It runs regular Android 2.0 (no mention of Motoblur) but adds five homescreens for your swiping and viewing pleasure.

According to Motorola, the Motoroi will have multitouch and five distinct text input methods: a 3X4 keypad, full QWERTY, half QWERTY, hand writing and writing pad

i like this phone! motorola is starting to really embrace the likening of the gadgets fan if you want my opinion. many would think that the Motorola Milestone beside the very good hardware is somehow ugly and not solid at all. but with this model coming along with the same hardware as the milestone many would please to have it. keep up the good work Motorola!

it's wrong news.
1. it sold by SKTelecom[T] because moto releases only skt.
2.it now android os 2.0, but it protto. and it releases soon os 2.1
3.add, it cost between 799$[non plan], 177~200$[plan]
but, I think it will have lukewarm from South KOREAN. Most KOREAN think moto too suck.
