Works perfectly on my E52! Love the phone and love the new navi! ;o) I feel sorry for Garmin, TomTom and so on...
If your phone is not one of the supported handsets then just download nav4all www.nav4all.com This is free turn by turn navigation. I have used this on my n96 since my free nokia maps trial ended and i will use this untill the n96is one of the supported devices for the free nokia maps. I have never paid for navigation..
just browse this link from your smartphones(ALL) www.nokia.mobi/maps/download .... and click download/install.
that's all!
desperate measures for selling more Nokia smartphones ... love it!!!
I'm verry happy with my nokia 5800XM(only 150 euros), and this phone does it all.
Patience please...
On conversations.nokia.com Nokia it says that: "More handsets are expected to be added over the coming weeks (N97 coming very soon!)".
So expect the free navigation to come to E71 etc. in the near future.
hi everyone, does it work on n78? Thanks
WHat's the use of the Nokia 5800 Navigatio Edition again since all symbian phones has free navigation? lololol
Martino, 21 Jan 2010I just wanted to make sure, only just got the 5530 and don't want to start off by donwloading ... moreI did say I will re-check the specs. I dont remember the 5530 has any gps receiver at all. SO please check the Ovi Maps once more. Re-read everything. Perhaps the 5530 doesnt have a 3G that's why it doesnt support GPS unlike the 5230
when will they support the n86 8mp
Guys, the 5530 does NOT have a GPS receiver! Obviously, no navigation is gonna work. You can either browse the maps, or hook up a separate bluetooth GPS receiver to use OVI maps.

You can't expect Nokia to keep supporting old softwares. Especially since there is a successor to the E71, the E72 with the newer Symbian. Give Nokia a break man!

after all these years i cannot believe that nokia is leaving out the ever successful and popular e71. how could you. you betrayed me. i will definitely be switching to htc or samsung after this. hello iphone or the nexus one. the n97 is just a waste. slow and crap symbian. my psp has a mush more fancier UI. go away. symbian and nokia will go down.

thanks alot nokia. you have just lost one of your very loyal customers. i have started using nokia since the 3310 came out. with symbian looking like crap i think i will be moving on. i will be changing my e71 to a BB Bold 9700. goodbye.

Nokia 5530Xpressmusic isn't listed but if it works on the 5800 it should ok on the 5530 shouldn't it? What do you reckon?
