After the crap they put on Nokia and its employe... moreWith windows 10 on desktops hehehe I really doubt Microsoft will die any time soon, and with awful OS like Linus or OSx...well Microsoft have NO TREATS around.
In phone, Microsoft is doing a nice job, just look at iPhone, they dont need to have 1000's of phones around to prevail, in fact, Apple in some places have even bigger sales than Android devices, and that my friend is AMAZING...so, Microsoft can have just one line of phones and they still in business, if not, dont worry PC market will domain the market without any problem...

I do hope that the actual thing is far more beautiful than the renders. It's just the renders feel so disappointing, the front of 950 is just too similar with 535 and 640.

Nice phone! Too bad for Windows though, if only Microsoft gave choice and made available the same launcher they made for Android (but for Windows 10) and then maybe they had a winner system.

Wikipedia had this to say:
"Alcatel Mobile Phones is a brand of mobile handset. It was established in 2004 as a joint venture between Alcatel-Lucent of France (45%) and TCL Communication of China (55%). In 2005 the joint venture was dissolved and TCL acquired Alcatel's 45 per cent share. Since then Alcatel Mobile Phones is a wholly owned subsidiary group of TCL."
and a bit further:
" Alcatel-Lucent later sold its shares in TCL and is no longer related to the Alcatel Mobile Phones brand."
This is getting very confusing. Chinese companies using Western company names of former "partners" even though they said they would stop using the Alcatel name withing 5 years in 2007.... tssk tssk tssk

Without consideration of the millions of current Nokia CUSTOMERS including, YES here we go again, the millions of Symbian and Harmattan customers that were still around! Of which some spend a small fortune to get hold of that gorgeous but expensive N9 and that fantastic 808 Pureview!
