Developers waiting for demand, demand depending on developers. Hopefully, one runaway hit will make others follow. The hardware is there (with some limitations), but good potential nevertheless.

That will depend on sales. Also developers probably wont be that interetsed because of cost versus size of the market. You will get a lot of mobile games releasing. Storage size might be another factor
